Become a Vendor

Thank you for your interest in being a FOOD OR CRAFT VENDOR at the City of East Chicago Festivals for 2026. Attached is the application to participate as well as general information that you need to be aware of BEFORE you apply. Feel free print and complete your form or come to the Marina office for your application needs Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

If the application is emailed back to us, you will need to include in that email a printable copy of the application, your drivers license, CURRENT food handlers card and proof of insurance. We will call you within 48 business hours to take your payment over the phone IF we have all required documentation. Your space is NOT reserved until payment is received and we can PRINT all corresponding documents.

Crafts Vendors

- Photo ID

- Insurance- if you are putting any product on a person, example “makeup” and “lotions” then insurance is required

Food Vendors

- Photo ID

- Insurance

- Safe Serve/Food Handlers cards

- City Business License if you operate a business in City of EC

NOTICE

VENDORS BE AWARE OF SCAMMERS . Please know that this application is the only application and it is available on our city website: www.eastchicago.com. We will never ask for payment via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp or any other online cash service to be a vendor. Please let me know if you receive anything to the contrary. Thank you in advance.
