East Chicago, IN – August 12, 2008) The East Chicago Public Library cordially invites you to attend “Mexican Contributions to the World of Art and Culture/La Contribucion Mexicana al Mundo del Arte y la Cultura”. This special program will highlight the heritage and talents of the Mexican Community. Featured guests will be Ballet Folklorico Xel-Ha Escuela De Danza, Mrs. Debra Bolanos, Director & Mariachi Santa Maria, Mr. Hipolito Sanchez, Director. The  program will be at the Main Library located at 2401 E. Columbus Drive on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 5:00 PM. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.

The Exhibit showcases historical artifacts and information which will be on display in the Templeton Gallery at the Main Library from September 1^st through October 15^th.
