Mexican Contributions to Art

East Chicago, IN – August 12, 2008) The East Chicago Public Library cordially invites you to attend “Mexican Contributions to the World of Art and Culture/La Contribucion Mexicana al Mundo del Arte y la Cultura”. This special program will highlight the heritage and talents of the Mexican Community. Featured guests will be Ballet Folklorico Xel-Ha Escuela De Danza, Mrs. Debra Bolanos, Director & Mariachi Santa Maria, Mr. Hipolito Sanchez, Director. The  program will be at the Main Library located at 2401 E. Columbus Drive on Thursday, September 18, 2008 at 5:00 PM. Refreshments will be served. All are welcome.

The Exhibit showcases historical artifacts and information which will be on display in the Templeton Gallery at the Main Library from September 1st through October 15th.
