“The new Carnegie Performing Arts Center will begin a rejuvenation of the North Harbor District. As part of the strategic initiatives underway, the arts center will attract new business that will enhance our current occupancy. That combined with the 100 new homes planned for construction in the spring will serve as a catalyst to bring new business which will feed into the revitalization of the district.”
