Childhood Immunization Clinic

The New Childhood Immunization Clinic, located at 100 W. Chicago Avenue, SUITE 101D provides a variety of childhood immunizations free of charge to East Chicago residents. Many adult immunizations are offered free of charge also. For the convenience of their patients, the clinic offers various hours for service.
