Chief Financial Officer for the City. Responsible for all accounting aspects of all city departments.

Director of Finance:
Responsible for general supervision of the Controller's Office. Recommend and implement financial controls, reporting, procedures and reports for fiscal operation of the city.
Provide financial planning, budgeting and investment advice for city fund. Perform any other such duties as may be directed by the Mayor or his designee.
Kimberly Anderson
Deputy Controller:
In charge of daily functions of the Controllers Office, including supervision of staff. Perform duties of the Controller in his absence.

Payroll Manager:
Supervise the complete payroll process. This consist of entering payroll data, running payroll, printing checks, correcting payroll runs, and assist employees in any payroll questions.
Alicia Aceves
Senior Accountant:
Performs work related to budgeting, property taxes, bank account reconciliation process, the Controller’s Annual Financial Report, grant account and reporting and cash receipts recording process.
