To: All Contractors From: Building Commissioner Date: January 16, 2004 Re: Please be advised that it is required that every contractor licensed, or in the process of becoming licensed (new/renewal), with the City of East Chicago have a codebook for reference relative to his or her trade and may be required to show proof (i.e. purchase receipt, notarized affidavit, etc.) of same.
